To place an order, browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can create an account or checkout as a guest. After confirming your order details and uploading payment proof, we will process your order.
We accept bank transfers and EFT payments. After placing your order, you will be able to upload your payment proof (bank slip or screenshot) for verification.
Delivery time varies depending on your location and selected pickup point. Generally, orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, and delivery takes 3-5 business days.
Yes! Once logged in, you can view all your orders and their current status in the "My Orders" section. You will receive updates as your order progresses through processing, shipping, and delivery.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Please contact us before returning any items. Certain products may have specific return conditions.
